Focus & Fly

​

A 10 week personal and social development programme, designed to boost the confidence and self-esteem of its participants. By using a combination of lively activity and discussion based workshops, the programme aims to support vulnerable adults to actively bridge the gap back into education, training and employment within a safe, non-judgemental environment.

Three hours per day or evening pending on groups needs.  ​

Solutions: Stress in the workplace

​

A day's training to enable managers and their employees to explore how stress impacts business and the individual (mental, physical and financial) whilst gaining a deeper understanding of  ways to alleviate and prevent it in the workplace.
