The main emphasis of this 10 week course is about moving lives forward by promoting self-awareness, well-being and inclusion.

Focus & Fly provides the opportunity for adults to start an action plan towards a safe, positive and healthy future. 

“I was in very active addiction before I accessed the drugs service and was drinking every day and using drugs. Basically life was just an existence. I accessed the service through a course called Focus and Fly and continued to stay in touch with the group. I achieved confidence within myself and my self - esteem grew as a result. I got loads of support via 1-2-1s with my worker which helped me get onto a counselling course (level 3). I am now going down the counselling route and looking to

Confident connections is a six week course designed to build confidence and self-esteem. It promotes well-being and inclusion using interactive workshops and discussions and sharing stress reduction techniques.

This first workshop gathers the information needed to create your own bespoke course.

Creative connections combines our well being workshops with photography skills, sessions and challenges. We use the skill of creating photographs with the five ways to well-being to boost confidence, improve self-esteem and awareness.
